Looking for assistance for setting up SMS opt-out status integration with our CRM.
Looking for a way to when the customer opts-out of sms an api call will send the opt-out status and customer ANI to a file, that the CRM can pull from.
We are also looking into options for when a agent starts an SMS to a customer for an API to check the customer opt-out status via the CRM or that opt out list file mentioned previously.
