Hello, just wondering if anyone else had issues with the latest software version updating today to 1.0.0.11920 on your edges and the call center can't make or receive any phone calls. The call would be presented and immediately put the agent into Not Responding and the call couldn't be answered.
The Enhancements and fixes just say Minor changes to support upcoming features - so really don't know what was in the version.
I've rolled back to 1.0.0.11866 but need to figure out why this is happening. I have an case open with Genesys but they are investigating so just thought I'd ask.
