    I am looking for a solution to send a notification to the supervisor if the logged-in agent count exceeds 10. I would like to accomplish this using a trigger and workflow.

    Could anyone provide guidance or examples on how to set up such a trigger and workflow to achieve this? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello Anu, 

    I would start by going over this Dev Center documentation and reviewing available topics. I would also suggest start digging and posting in the dev forums as this might be an extensive development using our triggers feature. 

    I look forward to seeing what the community has for possible solutions or advice!
