    Hi

    I found a conversation very strange ,when you want to query this conversation, your

    filter interval must need contain its conversation StartTime and EndTime , not like others .

    I think this may be because analytics indexes data per UTC day, so a conversation spanning the UTC dateline will only show up when querying the first day. However, customer data cannot be investigated on the forum. Please open a case with PureCloud Care for further investigation.

    Hi. Your issue is probably related to the different indices per day. Try to build your query with a larger interval and then to restrict the results according to your original interval using the segment filters, as described here: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/analytics/query_syntax_detail.html
