    We set the custom attributes using Database.set command.

    Sometimes custom attributes are not added to the genesys conversation and sometimes they are.

    We need to debug the script to find out why this is happening.

    we have seen the command debug: true

    Can anyone help us to know exactly what information this command provides?

    Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to report issues with the behavior of the Genesys Cloud Service. We cannot investigate your org's data via the forum.

    Thanks, I've asked them to continue working the case and explained why this is a support issue. If you continue to get pushback, you can escalate the case with your TAM and sales rep.
