  • 1.  Spanish Translation

    As far as we know, there is no way to translate Spanish calls into English after the callThis is a significant gap right now with no current Spanish speaking leadership to assess quality (not doing Spanish QA).  Are we missing something?  If not, do we know if this is on the roadmap?

    There is a beta with the new Copilot stuff that allows translation of the transcript at a click of an icon.  It would allow a supervisor to translate the Spanish to English and vice versus.

    Hello Michael,

    The Idea for Translation for Transcript is currently showing as in development and the Genesys Cloud Roadmap shows a feature due date of 7th October 2024.

    If you vote for the idea, you can get notifications as it moves through the lifecycle.
