Greetings Genesys developers, I'd like to know if Genesys plans to add aggregate capabilities to the speechanalytics API: /api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/transcripts/search The objective is to do some basic reporting on the average sentiment analysis for user's conversations per queue, so the current aggregate feature is limited to the language and would be great if it could be extended to: Date or rather granularity for selected date interval (P1D and PT1H), queueId, userId, divisionId. This would allow at least to get the min, max, avg of sentimentScore and sentimentTrend. It would be equally good to have the min, max, avg sentimentScore and sentimentTrend included in the queue aggregate (/api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query).
Is this something Genesys may consider? does it need to be logged into AHA or can you comment it in the forum please?
Thanks a lot
