Hi, am new into bot flows and got a request for setup of a flow that could receive speech input, and save it to a form or on a script, for submittal into a CRM. In this use case would be in 'incident submittal' where the bot asks questions and takes the answers as text. I am reading about intents and slot types, but not sure if this is the same. Would a bot be able to receive speech and save it to text in a slot? It seems to me in the bot flow slots it would not do this type of action but hoping someone with experience may know. Thanks!
