I know that in Menus, it's possible for the system to choose a Menu option based off the customer's input from speech recognition (say "Agent" to speak to a representative), but is this also possible in Tasks and Common Modules? I'm trying to find out how I would have a caller speak their account number and then we would perform a Call Data Action to something like Salesforce to gather info about their account.
