    Asked in the AMA:

    "Why do I need to spend 2-4x as much per year to get the same functionality other than Genesys greed?"

    Our goal isn't ever to price gouge a customer, but with new innovation and feature functionality on our cloud products there is a price associated. You would be moving from a legacy product with outdated pricing to the product of the future. We are sure the value of the cloud capabilities will be realized if and when you decide to make the switch.

    Can you please provide a list of the innovation and feature functionality of Genesys Cloud vs PureConnect, as of today? 
    This may help us with the business case to justify the increase in the operating cost of Genesys

    I have reached out to your account team with this inquiry. We do not typically do a feature by feature comparison for these products. Typically we work on the business needs to ensure that the cloud solution you are moving to meets or exceeds all of your needs. That being said, your account rep has access to resources and will work with you to create a detailed plan of moving to the cloud.

    You priced gouged us with your Infosys partnership and sub-standard support for years now.

    The trust of Genesys/Interactive is closing now. Convince me why I shouldn't just get a vendor that is more trustworthy in the future.

    Your statement is more pointed than I would of put it, but I am a bit in the same boat. My organizations confidence in support is low due to their experiences over the past couple of years, so a lot of work will have to be done to convince them to stay with Genesys and move to Cloud.
