This can be tricky with the way the Agent Workspace + Multi-Contextual Panel works & is sized. I've found once I'm viewing the schedule, I have to open the Agent Workspace (e.g. in my case I use the Agent Workspace button), and then I use the 'Collapse/Expand' button to split the screen. Worth noting:
- I've found when I flip the order I do those in (e.g. if I open the Agent Workspace first and then try to navigate to my schedule), I have to reopen the Agent Workspace again. That said, that behavior happens regardless of what view I choose, so I'm used to it.
- The way I'm accessing the schedule in the screenshot is via the Agent Activity screen, but the same applies if you're accessing My Schedule via the performance views, or any other view for that reason.
- Screen resolution/size/zoom makes a big difference in how much is displayed [width-wise] in the schedule view.

Is there a way to view workspaces while having the schedule open?
In the previous UI (I'm on the new one), I could do this, but I don't know how to make this 'split screen' happen on the new UI.
Previously, I would be able to view both in case I needed to hop on the phones to assist with call volume.
