We've brought together the best in member-led discussions, feature release information, product enablement and industry-related events to ensure our members are in the know, now.
What's changed?
Firstly, you'll find a couple of helpful tiles at the top of our community home. These will lead you to the latest in Genesys WEM product feature release and capability information on our library (Feature Spotlight). And, for those just starting out with WEM, we've created a section (WEM Basics) to help you navigate the wonderful (and sometimes weird) world of Workforce Engagement Management.
Find important and relevant discussion posts, such as announcements, community activities or contests, and other news you'll want to know about in the "Good to Know" section.
