    Dears I'm planning to do integration between genesys cloud and internal sql server inside customer lan , anyhow our integration request to call sql database and querying specific

    value then revert back with response to end user, My question is how we can implement this one I searched for many times in Appfoundry for sql and i didn't get anything,,,

    any past experience????

    HI Mohannad,
         You'll need to create a web service end point most likely in your environment that will allow the Cloud system to call a customer data action to send/receive information.
    That End Point would take the request from the cloud and execute the SQL statement against the server and in turn, hand off the information in a JSON format back to the cloud.

    Depending on your use case you might find a manually loaded Data Table of Contact List will work as an easier implementation path.
