    Does anybody know if it is possible to interface with multiple SSO providers either through a proxy or federated access ?.  I am aware you can have 1 SSO provider and then a Generic SSO provider but is it possible to do more ?.

    I am also aware that Genesys are looking at being able to use multiple SSO providers than just those listed above. It would be good to know if anyone has successfully interfaced with multiple SSO providers either through a proxy or federated access , how it was achieved and how successful it was.

    You can only have one SSO provider enabled per provider at a time, but using SAML, that gives you another and if you use this API https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#put-api-v2-identityproviders-generic, you can create your own generic SAML provider.  Not sure of the limit on that.  I know you can only have 5 certs per SAML, so maybe that is the limit.
