  • 1.  Start new interaction for repeat SMS caller

    I am new to SMS configuration, and I'm trying to create a new Interaction for a repeat caller.  I see the attribute Message.IsNewConversation.  Based on this, I can ask the caller if they are continuing a previous conversation, but if they say No, I would like to create a new Interaction.  The IsNewConversation attibute is not editable, so is there another object in the Flow I can use before we send it to the queue?

    I'm familiar with the Threading Timeline, but I have a need to create a new interaction before this timer elapses.

    Hello Tom,

    I'm not aware of any other way to do this. If anyone else in the community has an idea of how to accomplish this, or if you come up with a solution, please share them!
