startAcwTime get updated to after call endTime

    What is the reason that the startAcwTime would get updated to a time that is after the call endTime ?

    Example: call endTime: "2020-01-29T21:20:22.539Z"

    startAcwTime: "2020-01-29T21:20:22.539Z", endAcwTime: "2020-01-29T21:22:52.698Z",

    on next event received, it is updated to:

    startAcwTime: "2020-01-29T21:22:52.726Z", endAcwTime: "2020-01-29T21:22:52.726Z",

    Was the call's end time also updated? I'd guess some event caused the segment to be updated. Since customer-specific data cannot be investigated via the forum, if you need an exact cause for the update, please open a case with PureCloud Care for further investigation.

    no, the endTime did not get updated
