  • 1.  status Alerting in an agent in Queue Activity view

    Hi

    In the Queue Activity view when a call is coming in to an agent until the agent picks up the call, we don't see it with the Alerting status on the agent before the agent picks up the call. Could it be set so that when a call comes in, the view shows which agent the call is in Alerting status on?

    Hey Ana,

    There is no way to set this in the Queue Activity view currently, but I see you have added an idea to the ideas portal for this.
