Hi, i would like to know what is the status of the api/v2/analytics/conversations/activity/query endpoint that is currently in preview. Is it ready for production use?

It's not ready for General Audiences until its no longer in Preview. If you want to use it before then you can ask if there is a beta to join, otherwise they'll announce in the Wednesday Release notes the week it's finally ready.
Assuming this is it and the timeline doesn't slip it's currently targeted mid next month;
