    Hello, I'm trying to do an IVR Outbound, but I want to assign the campaign that is selected from the campaign manager, then create a PureCloud Data Actions to get the ID or the name of the queue assigned to the campaign.

    But at the time of assigning the ID of the Queue, I get that it does not accept string.

    Try to create a new variable of type queue, and perform a ToQueue ("Name or queue ID"), but do not allow it.

    You might be able to use the parallel array workaround that is discussed here:
