  • 1.  Stripping skills on Blind Transfers

    Hello-  Our business is looking to strip skills on Blind transfers .  We know that Genesys has a "strip skill on blind transfers" functionality however they use POWER BI which uses the skill to determine the product group and since no skills was identified it was not able to link the product group

    Wondering if anyone else experienced this issue and if so did they come up with a work around

    I would write the initial skill to a participant data attribute that can be used in Power BI instead of the skill attribute.
