    Hey everyone 👋

    I've submitted an idea to introduce Online Email Forms in Genesys Cloud (CEEMAIL-I-268). Basically a structured way for customers to submit email inquiries via web forms, with support for attachments and smart routing.

    Curious how others are handling this today, especially without spoofing the "from" address when forwarding form submissions into Genesys. I'm looking for a more robust and native solution. 

    Would love to hear your thoughts and ideas! 🙌
