We have built our connector using Open Messaging API (https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/openmessaging/) and have added support for Structured messages based on the openoutboundnormalizedmessage structure.
We want to be able to receive Structured messages for quick replies and, eventually, carrousel options.
Quick replies are now supported in messaging but we are seeing all messages sent from Genesys have the type text with no options. Is this supported on Open Messaging? If not, when will this be available?

We do have the ability to pass rich media elements through Open Messaging on our roadmap. No current ETA on delivery as we have not started scoping this work. You can vote on and watch the idea here for updates: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-773
