    Does anyone know a way to show the agent's sub status on the dashboard?  We use those pretty heavily and would like to be able to view their current sub status.

    Good catch.  Hopefully @Darlene Oordt​ will see this and get it looked at.  It looks like it only pulls the WFM mapped status values.

    Are you asking about showing the substatus on the Agent Widgets?   If so, it's on the list of items to add...
