    Good morning,
    Am I the only one experiencing an issue where I can't generate preview or save any new configuration?  
    I have all the necessary right Generate Preview and Save button stay grey.

    Hi Sylvain,

    If you have definitely got the correct permissions assigned and its still greyed out, then I would capture Network and Console logs when loading the view and raise a case with Genesys Product Support to investigate
