Our customers utilize various features of the Genesys Cloud UI through a web browser. Currently, the HTTP/1.1 protocol is being used for communication from the web browser, but we are considering using the HTTP/2 protocol for accessing various features of the Genesys Cloud UI in the future. We understand that Genesys Cloud supports the HTTP/2 protocol. However, if there are UI features that are limited in terms of availability or unavailability, could you please inform us about which UI features are available or unavailable?
