    Hi everyone, 1st time posting here,

    I'm trying to follow rules but I might have missed something so sorry in advance.

    I'm from Slovakia and we're considering doing agentless Outbound campaigns using bots. However we came across a major blocker in this matter, that being, there isn't really a support for sk-SK speech to text. So that we'd be forced to use menus like IVR instead bots, which are more appealing to us. 

    I've checked multiple integrations commonly used, it AWS Polly as well as MS Azure (which is deprecated anyway) and many others but I couldn't find any that would support speech to text for sk-SK or any other smaller country. 

    However, there might be solution which is chatGPT integration, since it's multilingual and understands even Slovak, Czech, Latvian etc. Creating new integrations takes time though, so I wanted to ask, if there is any timeframe/plan to include smaller countries? From AWS Polly or any other integration within foundry.
