  • 1.  Survey combined with a quality evaluation

    Hey WFM Community!

    Is there a way to attach a survey or a way to have the agent answer questions after reading their evaluation. Our goal is to ensure they understand why something was something was marked as an error, they understand the coaching provided, and feel comfortable the error won't occur again. 

    We would like this to be automatically sent on all evaluations and have the answers sent back to the evaluator. We are currently doing manual 1:1s on these which is not scalable. 

    It me know if we should put this in the idea portal?

    Hi Cherri!

    Thanks for the post, can you please post this on the idea portal. Are there variables as to when to send out a survey in relation to an evaluation (i.e. only if the evaluation score is less than x and is released?), or in relation to the evaluation form send out survey y, etc?
