I've tried Support with no luck, so hoping to get an answer here...

When you use the Survey.Url from the Survey flow, add it as a Substitution in a canned response, and then add that substitution into a hyperlink, you get this pre-pended additional piece of URL before the Substitution: "https ://apps.mypurecloud.com.au/responseManagement"

So when the customer clicks the hyperlink the URL is https://apps.mypurecloud.com.au/responseManagement/https://apps.mypurecloud.com.au/quality-forms/#/surveycodes/ZWI3NTUwNDctZmZhYS00OWVhLThmZjMtN2RlNjczOGY3MDc5 and does not work.

Notice two https:// sections of the URL. You save the canned response, check the hyperlink and this prepended URL appears. Even editing the response in the code editor, the same think happens! 

I can't make head nor tails of it, but surely SURELY there has to be a way to send the survey URL to the customer without displaying the full URL.
