Hi,
I have a customer that uses multiple Divisions.
Is there a way to sync groups to a specific division? Currently if they begin provisioning, all the users get moved to one division which is not what we want.

You can use the division attribute to set the user's division by name. This requires that there is a string in Azure that represents the division you want the user to be in. See: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/configure-azure-active-directory-for-genesys-cloud-scim-identity-management/#mappings

Are you saying that it needs to be set at user level? If there are 1000 users, does each one need to have the string in Azure? Is there no way to set this at Group level?
