    Can we add a new System Presence to an org using API? I can see presenceDefinitions but I don't see an specific API call for System Presence.

    Hi Chris,

    Based on the APIs you can not add an additional System Presence via the APIs. If this is something you are interested in, I would encourage you to open an Idea in our Aha features portal. https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/portal_session/new

    Also, you might want to look at our User Defined presence API (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/portal_session/new).

    Thanks John. One of the needs is customers want to use Secondary Status in conjunction with Ignore for Real-Time Adherence calculation. At present, the Primary System Presence is the only option available here, which grabs the entire bucket rather than a subsection of a System Presence category.
