Hi, When can we expect the release of Task management? AS far as I was aware this should have been released already?

This feature is in a limited beta and will be generally available in early Q2 2024. If you have a use case that you want to use Work Automation for (we are dropping the task management term as it has a lot of workflow and other features) then feel free to contact me on marc.sassoon@genesys.com and I will try and guide you on this early feature.
