    Hello 

    There is new feature releasing next week , which will allow agents to view other team members' schedule with "read-only" capability. Is it possible if someone from product team can share screenshot on how it will look like as well as permissions to toggle this capability for different user groups?

    Hi Darshan,

    This new view will be available to anyone with the permission:

    Agent Schedule > View permission 

    The week View will look like:

    with the drilled-in day view looking like:



    Please note that I have taken example screenshots from the project design documentation; there may be slight differences in the released version that you see deployed this week.

    Workforce Management > Agent Management Unit Schedule > View

    This will be detailed in the documentation for the feature too

    Can you confirm on feature-drop (day 1), will this permission be automatically added to any existing default/base role for agent or require admin to toggle this?

    These permissions will not be automatically added.

    You will need to add the permissions to the roles that you'd like to have access to this feature

    Hello! I was hoping to know if there are any features to hide certain activity codes for personnel privacy? Ex. FMLA?

    Update: i was able to find the answer to my question!

    Hi Brittany,

    In this release, users will be able to view the Activity Category but not the Activity Code. 

    For example, I'll be able to see that my colleague is off work due to "Time Off" but won't be able to see if that is Vacation, Sickness, Parental leave, etc...

    Apologies saw this thread as well, I have logged on and I do not believe our permissions were updated but I can see the feature on the system already. It appears to have been released as active and normally we have to add these permissions in? Can you confirm @Andy Boland or @Paul Wood

    To clarify, I want an agent to still be able to view the schedule they have but not those of the people in the team. We have some reviews we need to do around data protection first.

    I still do not see the feature yet. And we do have the role and permission assigned Workforce Management > Agent Schedule > View

    You may need to assign more than 1 permission to enable the full feature.

    Usually, the permission change reflects on log out and back in in my experience.

    Yes, thank you. For some reason in our test environment, it was not showing. I had to simply remove the role and add it back for it to work.
