Hello,
I am wondering if there's a way configure queue settings in terraform to automatically start and end callbacks.
I have checked and it seems it does not have this option yet https://registry.terraform.io/providers/MyPureCloud/genesyscloud/latest/docs/resources/routing_queue#nested-schema-for-media_settings_callback:~:text=Nested%20Schema%20for%20media_settings_callback
If so, do we know when will it be available in terraform?

Hi Basilo,
What are the names of the properties you wish to configure on routing queues via terraform? There is a lot of properties on routing queues, it's hard to know which properties you wish to use from just the screenshot above. We have a ticket in backlog to add some properties to the routing_queue resource, I can add the properties you need added to hat ticket also.
