  • 1.  TFN Calls Failed

    Hello Everyone,

    I am  facing issue on dialing the TFN number.  Like that Prompt is playing "I'm having difficulties processing your request at this time. Please try again in a few minutes". But that system prompt we never used in call flows. I have analyzed the Sip Diagnostics Logs, As per logs, Edge side call disconnected but where from the prompt playing after edge disconnected. We don't have any error handling logic. kindly help me on this. Please see the below logs.

    Shenbagamoorthy,

    It sounds to me that you have a bug in your Architect Flow and as a result are hearing the system generated error message. I'd recommend you raise a case with Genesys Care and ask them to review the Architect logs to identify which task in your flow is failing.

    Hello Mark Goldsmith,

    Thank you for your Assist. In the Architect Flow, We manage  Error Handling  with some logic. System Prompt we never used in call flow then How and Where that Message is Played.
