Several things could cause this.  Look over this resource Export view data - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com).  There are so many rules and stipulations that might fit your export.  If you still have questions or problems, repost here and maybe provide some more information like any filters or aggregates you have.

Hi Community,

 

I have questions about exporting Interactoin View to CSV.

I would be appreciated if someone shared thier knowledge.

 

When I exported Interaction view with period from April 1st to April 7th some times, the 4 exprted CSV files had different rows like below.

 

1st: 24801 rows

2nd: 29584 rows

3rd: 601 rows

4th: 16201 rows

 

I did not add any changes to settings like visible columns or filters.

I also confirmed that each CSV files contain "Full Export Completed" colunm with "YES".

 

According to this article(https://developer.genesys.cloud/organization/organization/limits#analytics),

the maximum rows for Interaction views(export.interactions.row.count.limit) is 1,000,000.

So the 4 exported files did not reach the export limitation.

 

Does anyone knows how this happens and how to avoid this issue?
