Hi everyone,
I just got asked by the SalesForce team, if it was possible to have new inbound Calls show as "Call" instead of "Task". According to them a new addition to SF is something called "TaskSubType", and it should be Call.
Is there a simple way to achieve this? Or do I need to do this using Actions? Or does it have to be done on the SalesForce end?
