I have start time and end time in contact list for the contacts and we need to dial the contact in that particular timings only and should not dial after the end time.
user A---- start time:10AM. end time: 11AM
user B--- start time:2PM. end time: 3PM
user C--- start time:9AM. end time: 11AM
is this possible using Pre call rule? or is there any other approach to achieve this?
I created the Pre-call rule and tested but it is not working as expected.
Column name: Start time, comparator: later than, value: 0d10h0m. (0 days 10hours 0 minutes)
Can you please explain how to achieve this in Predictive mode?

You can setup a Pre-call rule to check a column (the time you specify) and a comparator of Is Earlier or Later than and then set the time period to whatever you want. Sounds like you want it to be Later than the date for a few seconds.

Is there any possible to check the time/date value associated with each contact in the contact list and place the call to this contact when Campaign ON?
Ex: Contact list have 100 contacts. Now I have to define time/date column in the contact list, so interaction dialer compares his clock with contact preferred time and place call to this contact based on that.
Any advice is highly appreciated.
