    Hi,

I have a question - A time off request raised by an agent, is approved by a supervisor and time off activity code is added to agents schedule by WFM scheduler. Now, the same supervisor denies the same time off request. What happens to time off exceptions in agent's schedules?

Hi Gurunandan! First, I'd like to ask you what you mean by 'exceptions'. Do you mean that the activity codes that were previously there disappeared? If so, then you are correct. Currently, the system removes the activity codes that were previously there when a time off has been entered and then denied. I'm working on a requirement where we anticipate bringing back the old schedule. Here is an idea in our portal that relates. Please leave your feedback and upvote :) We very much value your input as we work to enhance our software. https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEM-I-700

Hi Damaris! Yes, when i said time off exception i meant time off activity code.  Challenge i am facing is that when an approved time off is denied, the time off activity code doesn't disappear from agent schedules.  While i am checking the time off request setup, all inputs relative to this are welcome.  I'll check the idea and action accordingly.

That actually sounds a bit odd. If you deny the request, when you go back into the schedules, there should be a yellow triangle button that appears on the top of the page. This button will present you with a modal to show you all the time off changes that were made. You should be able to accept the changes and the time off activity code should be removed for requests that have been denied. The problem that people normally face is that the schedule does not come back, unfortunately.
