  • 1.  Time off Plans /Activity Code associations inactive

    New to Genesys Cloud..... I have several Time off plans that have activity codes that have inactive after them

    My question is would that cause a request for that activity code to not show the limits for that day. If so, how do I prevent this from happening

    An activity code that is showing as inactive means that it has been deleted. If activity codes are tied to plans and are needed for current or future use, then they should not be deleted.

    thank you so much, these codes weren't technically deleted just updated the default length. I guess that's enough to break the connection. Thank you so much for your reply.

    I was not able to have an activity code show as inactive by only modifying the default length. If those activity codes still exist in the activity codes (original; not a case where one has been deleted and another with the same name has been created - which would be a different activity code), then I would recommend opening a support ticket. It seems more likely that someone deleted those activity codes. You can utilize the audit viewer to confirm.
