  • 1.  Time off Request not displaying the Time off Limit

    No replies, thread closed.

    I have sporadic cases of Time off requests not displaying the time off Limit. I have triple checked the Time off Plan with no resolution. Any thoughts?

    For anyone having this same issue. Make a note to yourself. There is an order to the configuration, if you have to edit the Time off Plan you first must have the agent set up for the integration or any new requests will NOT link to the time off limit.

    I have reversed my configuration and updated each request and I am back in business
