Hi all! I hope I have some good news for you. We are currently working on a feature that will allow you to assign a work team to a role, and this will limit the agents that are viewed on the time off request screen. We are currently scoping this feature and will keep you updated using this idea: https://genesyscloud.aha.io/ideas/ideas/WFMTOM-I-38
and https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WETOM-I-140
I don't have a go live (GA) date yet, but will update the above idea once I have one :)

Ruben,
Currently, Time Off Requests (TORs) are visible to anyone with appropriate permissions to the TORs within the BU.
If you're able to create segmentation with Management Units of the teams (groupings), you could potentially utilize division controls to manage the visibility you're looking for. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/divisions-overview/
A snippet of the potential visibility and permissions controls from the resource center:
After the objects move to the appropriate divisions, grant user roles and then assign the appropriate divisions to each user's role.
- Diane Able has the Supervisor role. Diane's role has access to the Indianapolis division.
- Dex Cooper has the Supervisor role. Dex's role has access to the San Francisco division.
- Ellen Templar has the Manager role. Ellen's role has access to the Indianapolis, San Francisco, and Corporate divisions.
Feature Enhancement Idea: There is an idea that sounds like it aligns with your use case. Take a look and comment and vote for this feature enhancement. https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WESCH-I-556

Is there a way for the managers to view only the time off requests that are created only by their respective agents and not be able to see the agents from other departments??
do i need to create different staffing groups? or management units? or business units?
how do i assign these units/groups to the managers?
