Hi Jason, waitlist is an option if you have limits & plans set up to count against time-off limits and approve when it meets criteria. In that case, the decision will be Auto-Approved or Pending-Waitlist (will eventually move to Pending-Waitlist Window Closed which basically means denied as it was never approved and the timeframe for approval expired). The agent can see these statuses so you don't need to email.

Has there been any consideration to adding a "waitlist" option to show for agents when a request is decisioned?
Right now, (with no HRIS integration,) we have to decline, and we send an email indicating they're on the waitlist. It would be really handy to have the option for Approved, Denied, and Waitlist available, to be able to reduce email communications to agents.
Thanks!
