    Hi, it seems I have a whole bank of topics that are published.  
    However, they are not showing on my interaction screen.  I am also unable to search or filter by topics, or run a report.  What am I missing?

    You can enable topics in your system, but they are not listened for until you assign them to a program and assign that program to your flows or queues (I suggest flows).  Work with a program - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
