Hello,
Apologies if this has been answered before as it seems like a relatively simple question. I used the search function but could not find an answer.
I would like the statistics on total inbound and outbound calls (between a certain interval). Would this somehow be possible through the conversation aggregates API or would another one before more appropriate?

Yes, just use a conversation aggregate query without a filter and you will get stats for all conversations that occurred during the interval.
