Correct, that would be for only calls. You could use the Flow Performance View across all interaction types. That would show any interactions that went through a flow, so no outbound calls or DID calls or direct SMS.

Yes, that seemed to pull the information I needed for phone calls, but I don't think it includes digital channels....
I eventually managed to get the required information from our Genesys Account Manager who had access to some internal reports / views.

I would suggest the DNIS Performance View and set the timeframe from 1/1/2022 to 12/31/2022. The top summary should show you all the calls handled for all of 2022. You can filter for inbound and/or outbound.
