Hi Nicole,
You can use Performance > Workspace > Agent Status.
Apply your filter date-time.

You can see All users or Users that you filtered with all time in all states during your filter date/time.

Is there a way to see how many staff were in a given status during a given interval? For example, if I wanted to see how many staff were at Meal between 1 and 2 pm, is there a view I can run to see that or something through the API?
