  • 1.  Totall Number of agent logins

    I am searching for a way to limit the number of logins an agent can perform.  Currently, it appears that all an agent needs to do is launch a browser and log in to Purecloud, regardless of how many other instances an agent has open..  Is there a way to limit the total number of connections an agent can create?

    There is none that I know of and it would prohibit the use of the mobile apps if we did have that.  What is the business use case here?  Seems like it should not matter if the license use is tied the user, not the devices logged in and you have lots of controls as to where and how they log in.  I supposed SSO could limit this if you have SSO-only login turned on.
