Hello All-Can someone advise what report can be used to "flow-outs" metric? I need to track how many calls are missed by individual reps. Existing reports can be filtered to track "alert-no answer" metric however, this information doesn't seem accurate for capturing missed calls. Maybe there's already a report template available to track "flow-outs" or can this metric be filtered on any existing report? Any assistance would be helpful.
