Hey all - How would I go about tracking the results of a call data action within an Inbound Flow? The use case is to confirm what percentage of our customers service states we're successfully identifying by their phone number.
I'm using a Data Action to return the customers service state based on their ANI. Based on that data actions results, how many calls are returning with the customers service state and how many are returning no results. I've tried using a decision (Flow.ServiceState != "") to apply a flow outcome based on whether a value is returning or not but the data action appears to be returning some value even if it's blank. I also tried using a LENGTH(Flow.ServiceState) == 2 in the decision but that causes an error in the flow.
