    Is there a way to surface the Attempt Control count for a contact? I've dug through the API and haven't found anything.

    We'd like to be able to track how many times we've attempted to call a contact on a campaign list. While I can setup wrap-up rules to have a custom column be updated with a count (see attached), that will increment for each number under a contact. This can cause a lot of issues since that number will vary based on the amount for numbers under one contact.

    Since Genesys has the attempt controls, I know they have to keep track of the attempts somewhere.

    I like using custom columns for each number and rules to increment the column for the time it duals the number and use rules to look at that number especially when dealing with Reg F rules

    That would be a good alternative if I can't figure out a way to get the overall contact attempts.
